Began my career in 1978 and became Licensed ReBroke1984. I began training with Century 21,and with national trainers including Tom Hopkins,Alan Jacobson,Danielle Kennedy, and Zig Ziglar. I have also completed training with Floyd Wickman ,Ed Escobar,Tom and Mike Ferry, Brian Buffini, Darryl Davis, Hoss Pratt,Debra Ashner. To name a few.Each program has aided me in becoming a knowledgeable professional real estate salesperson.I have earned these real estate designations , again after vigorous training. CRS Certified Residential Specialist CIPS Certified International Property Specialist SRES Senior Residential Specialist ABR Accredited Buyer Representative.
I have held various leadership positions within the Northeast Chapter of Queens Long Island Board Realtors. Currently a Director but had been President 2013 Pres Elect, VP. Besides I am currently Secretary CAREA (Chinese American RE Assoc ) .
All these positions are voluntary.
I have also been active with different charities, Easter Seals , Friends of Karen.
But by far my greatest accomplishment has been a husband and father to my two beautiful daughters, and recent acquisition of Sifflette our shelter dog.
